Refunds:

Refund & Satisfaction Policy

All sales are final on edible products for safety and health reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a quality issue, we've got you covered. Email us at contact@pawsibilities.ca within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Our complete refund policy can be found here.
