Shipping Across Canada

We ship treat items that can be safely mailed. Please note: items requiring refrigeration (e.g., Pupcakes), or any treats that must remain chilled, cannot be shipped and are available for local delivery only.

       Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

       Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days  (Actual times may vary during holidays.)

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.

Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-order or seasonal items like Advent calendars).

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

During peak holiday periods, order processing and carrier transit times may be extended. Seasonal shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our website and communicated via email. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before key dates.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Pawsibilities Bakeshop is not responsible for packages delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as a result of an address error, re-shipping fees will apply before the order can be resent.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will contact you by email to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If we are unable to reach you within 7 business days of the return notification, a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.

Freshness, Food Safety & Veterinary Disclaimer

All treats are made with fresh, natural ingredients and are packaged to maintain quality during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If packaging appears compromised, damaged, or tampered with, do not allow your pet to consume the product. Contact us immediately at contact@pawsibilities.ca with photos so we can assist you.

Our products are intended as occasional treats and are not a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Ingredients vary by product and may include common allergens such as wheat, eggs, peanut butter, dairy, and other natural ingredients. A full ingredient list is available on each product listing.

We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing any new treats into your pet’s diet, especially if your pet:

       Has known food allergies or sensitivities

       Is on a veterinarian-prescribed or restricted diet

       Has a chronic health condition (e.g., diabetes, kidney disease, pancreatitis)

       Is a senior pet, puppy, or has a compromised immune system

       Is currently on medication that may interact with certain ingredients

Pawsibilities Bakeshop is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from known or unknown food sensitivities, intolerances, allergies, or pre-existing health conditions. When in doubt, ask your vet first.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assist. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
