At Pawsibilities Bakeshop, every treat is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of pet consumables, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on edible products for safety and health reasons.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us, so please reach out if there is an issue.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements if:

       Your order arrives damaged.

       The wrong product was received.

       There is a quality issue with the item.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email contact@pawsibilities.ca within 72 hours of delivery, including:

       Your order number

       A description of the issue

       Photos of the product and packaging

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Replacement Availability

Replacements are subject to product availability at the time of the approved request. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. We will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Allergy, Food Sensitivity & Veterinary Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product ingredients prior to purchase. Pawsibilities Bakeshop is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from known or unknown allergies, food sensitivities, intolerances, or pre-existing health conditions.

Our treats are crafted with natural ingredients; however, individual pets may react differently depending on their health history, breed, age, or dietary restrictions. Common allergens used in our products may include wheat, eggs, peanut butter, dairy, and other natural ingredients. A full ingredient list is available on each product listing.

We strongly recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing any new treats into your pet’s diet, particularly if your pet:

       Has known food allergies or sensitivities

       Is on a veterinarian-prescribed or restricted diet

       Has a chronic health condition (e.g., diabetes, kidney disease, pancreatitis)

       Is a senior pet, puppy, or has a compromised immune system

       Is currently on medication that may interact with certain ingredients

Pawsibilities Bakeshop products are intended as occasional treats and are not a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to the consumption of our products. When in doubt, ask your vet first.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at contact@pawsibilities.ca before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly, and most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
